The Pinch Bottom Bag Closer 90J Series is an accessible machine that cover pivots and compression belt assembly rotates up for easy cleaning and maintenance. It has a Belt breakaway push button that removes belt pressure and enables instant removal of bag. The VFD enables easy adjustment of belt speed for optimal operation. For options, it provides a height adjustment powered by air motor and an Interface to high-speed automatic operations. The machine is also equipped with Bag top cleaner for sticky or dusty products , Bag top coder and a Bag conveyor VFD controls. In addition, It is built for dust explosion environments and with a high-speed version of 77 fpm to 150 fpm.
